Covalent Bond

Covalent bond is a bond between 2 nonmetallic components. The covalent bond means that they share electrons (negatrons) inside the particles. The kind of chemical bond in which there's common sharing of electrons between 2 atoms is known as covalent bond method. It's further classified into single bond, double bond and triple covalent bond with reference to mutual sharing of 1, 2, and 3 bonds severally and their symbols are single line, double lines and triple lines between 2 atoms according to their kind of covalent bond like 1 for single 2 for double and so on. This type of chemical bond in which 1 atom supplies shared pair of electron for bond formation is known as 'Organize Covalent Bond Process.

Covalent Bond

Covalent bond is where two atomic orbits intersect to form an anti-bonding orbital and molecular bonding which allows electrons from all atoms to lower their energy with reference to their orbit of original atom.

The chemical bond formed between 2 atoms due to sharing of electron (negatron) pair in which only 1 atom supplies shared pair of electron for the bond formation is called dative bond or co-ordinate covalent bond. The formation of co-ordinate bond other atom doesn't provide electron for dealing.

The liquid form is water at room temperature level; the carbon tetra fluoride and carbon dioxide are gases in the nature. In these things, none of these compounds is composed of ion particles. Different attractive interaction between molecules known as covalent bonding is involved at present. The covalent bonding occurs by a dealing of valence electrons instead of outright electron transportation.

Covalent Bond Definition

Covalent bond is defined as it is a form of chemical bonding i.e. characterized by the sharing of pairs of electrons (negatrons) between the other covalent bonds and atoms. Briefly, the attraction to standoff stability that forms between atoms when they share electrons is called covalent bonding process.

Covalent bond is defined as a chemical link between 2 atoms in which electrons are distributed between the bonds.

Examples of Covalent Bond

Hydrogen Chloride

H + Cl = HCl

O = C = O = CO2

H - O - H = H2O
